Step with Soul Ministering with Hands and Feet is a 501(c)(3) step ministry serving Black youth ages 7 to 17 at Prodeo Academy in North Minneapolis. Founded in 2009 at Wayman AME Church, the after-school program meets weekly throughout the school year, focusing on mastery of step technique, choreography, leadership development, and self-confidence. The grant helped reduce program costs for financially struggling families and expand the program’s reach in the community.
