Reinvesting in Communities and Housing

Reinvesting in Communities and Housing (RICH), provides financial and housing education, economic empowerment, wealth development, community engagement, mentorship and leadership opportunities to marginalized communities of color. We also serve, provide housing and advocate for youth, families and individuals who get denied access to housing by traditional public and private landlords and/or face barriers to access housing such as criminal and rental histories, bad credit scores, past due balances to landlords and utility companies. We assist with overcoming said barriers through programming and capacity-building, to help participants better understand and develop wealth through pathways of housing access and personal empowerment, financial literacy and education, wealth & asset management, regaining positive criminal/rental history and achieving independence and ownership.
