Self Care is the Best Care

Madresha Lampkin, a North Minneapolis native and wellness professional, provided FREE self-care services to community members at her studio at 1200 W Broadway Ave N. Services included massage, yoni steam, Himalayan salt room, red light therapy, stretch sessions, hot stone, chair massage, cupping, and acupressure. Grant funds covered equipment and supplies to enable free service delivery from October 2024 through January 2025.
