I am a Black Clown. I am one of only a few that exist in this state. Many don’t know that clowning has a rich history in the Black community. I would like to host an event that would highlight the history of clowning, faceprinting and ballooning.
I want to use this micro grant to buy supplies so that I might volunteer my services at 3-5 community events/senior high-rises this summerly to be held in North Minneapolis
